      @imcatnoone As someone who made this same offer (a few years ago, I was drastically underqualified), I’m really glad I got paid. It wasn’t that much, but it’d have created a really weird team dynamic. & when things aren’t going so well (it happens), it keeps you going.

    @imcatnoone This has already been mentioned, but you need to have the time to really work with them. Otherwise, it might be hard to keep a great relationship with the team going. This is a hard question to answer :)
