@narekk Hmm. If size is top priority, anything React is out of the question, & that’s where I do 90% of my work these days. I haven’t used Eleventy or Hugo but hear good things about them; if you’re up for Ruby, Jekyll is tried & true. Static files + Tachyons/Basscss work nicely too :)
