      @francois_bach Yup. Creates a lot of impostor syndrome in my own experience even though I have no interest in working at most of those companies

    @francois_bach At a tiny nonprofit I can design the entire brand & website & handle everything full-stack in my areas. Which has its own trade-offs. But at least I can own entire projects & take risks instead of being assigned micro-tasks
