@eparillon @seldo It’s mixed, for both! I feel more drained & less proud of having been productive, but enjoy seeing people in-person. For the company, there’s fewer PRs live, but I’m helping build the office/team culture/set norms, & in-person 1-on-1 time forever makes online communication better
