@erinisaway I (21) really enjoy coming into an office. I don’t want it to be a constant obligation, but there is long-term, compounding value both at this job & with the relationships I form with coworkers we’ll keep for decades, that are much harder/slower to build on Zoom. Plus, free lunch

@erinisaway If you’re later career, I don’t think it makes a ton of difference. But for interns, new grads, young people—it’s easier to get informal mentorship & advice, form real friendships with coworkers, & meet people you don’t directly work with, that I think pay off massively long-term
